Your Experts in VR Pricing

Hello! My name is Mike Fisher. I have been in the vacation rental industry for almost a decade and have been a revenue management leader since 2018. I helped build and scale the full-service revenue management team at Rented, Inc. and led an amazing team of revenue managers through our company's acquisition. 

I have experience pricing in most markets in the U.S., and specialize in New England, Southeast coast, and along 30A. I take a very hands on approach with my clients and think of myself as a member of their team. My goal is the same as yours: maximize revenue for your owners, increase retention, and fuel growth. I accomplish this by taking pricing off your plate so you can focus on your business, and implementing agreed upon strategies to increase YoY revenue and RevPAR vs. the market.

I live in coastal Duxbury, Massachusetts with my wife and son. We live in between Boston and Cape Cod so love experiencing both the city and the beach. How it works

Onboarding

We work with your team on a seamless knowledge transfer to become experts on your business, your market and each individual unit. We will review minimums, revenue goals, key events and current pacing to create a holistic, custom pricing strategy that fits your owners' needs.

Review & Execute Strategy 

After our team performs a deep dive into your units' historical data, owner preferences, and current market data, we will prepare and present our revenue strategy to your team for feedback. Once approved, we will execute the agreed upon adjustments in your pricing software and officially begin maximizing revenue for your business!

Ongoing Service

Our team monitors your rates and reviews each reservation every day. Pricing adjustments are based upon pacing but occur about 2-3x per week. We communicate via slack and email to act quickly on any requests, questions or feedback. Monthly meetings are typically recommended to review KPI's, strategy, and any units of concern. Custom reporting is also included at your request!
